My NTC workouts are getting tough. My squats and push ups are getting better though. Except my legs don’t want to work for the following ten minutes post workout. I loathe squats. Apparently they’ll make my groin muscles fanstastic which will help my bursitis and blahblahblah, so squats…are a must.

And glutino’s GF English muffin pizzas are pretty decent for last minute pizza dough.

Who actually likes burpees? I still “walk” out to plank on the majority of my burpees but I’ve gotten a few where I jumped back into plank, so that’s a start too.
